We need a part-time front desk customer service and sales oriented person to join our beautiful, medical massage center located in Manhattan Beach.
We want an outgoing, happy, positive-minded individual to assist with various office duties. Someone who is a “go-getter” and knows how to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks to get them DONE.
We’re really looking for that special person to become a ‘superstar’ on our team. Someone who loves their job and working with our team.
Part-time hours, must be available to work nights and weekends as well.
(25 hours/week)

Happily welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm as they arrive
Sharp, self-motivated, detail oriented, fast learning computer literate individual
Able to have a flexible schedule, including weekends
Outgoing and enjoys promoting the benefits of massage
Excellent listening and phone skills and able to think on your feet
Customer service oriented and communicates well with clients and staff
Professional, responsible and dependable
Works great with others in a fun, fast paced environment
Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus
Quickly and professionally answers 2 phone lines
Addition Criteria for Front Desk Associates/Receptionists:
Provide great service to clients when scheduling appointments, greeting new clients and processing payments
Maintain a professional reception/front desk area and cleanliness of the office
Create a wonderful, exceptional experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude
Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry
