Do I have to be in pain to qualify?

Not at all. This session is for recovery, relaxation, or pain relief — whichever your body needs.

Which type of session can I choose?

Your choice of three: Neuromuscular Pain Relief (our specialty for chronic pain, normally $149), Deep Tissue, or Therapeutic Relaxation (normally $129). Whichever works best for your body.

Will I owe anything for this first session?

No. The first session is 100% free with verified PPO coverage. No obligation, no catch, no surprise charges.

This sounds too good to be true. How does insurance really cover this?

Because care is provided under physician supervision as manual therapy and medical soft-tissue treatment, many PPO plans include benefits that apply to these services. The exact coverage depends on your plan — which is why we verify everything for you before you book.

What about ongoing sessions after the free one?

If your insurance provides ongoing coverage — and most firefighter PPO plans do — you may qualify for continued sessions at $0–$10 per visit out of pocket. We’ll explain your specific options after verifying your plan. No obligation to continue.

What if I don't have PPO insurance?
